Reaching other Zip Code areas?

Greetings,

My land based business:fishing at country cove village
is in one Zip Code, but we would like to Advertise in others.
How is this done?  Perhaps by simpley change the Zip Code?

DomesticSale have nationwide section where our visitors can reach any ads at any location.
