I am a stay at home house wife who is looking to adopt any unwanted, disabled, or behavioral problematic birds. My speciality is cockatiels, but my main objective is to rescue (Not-for-Profit) all birds in need of a good home.
I have 10+ yrs. being labled 'the bird lady',(but not in a bad/crazy way,Yikes!
Well, I'm told God gives everyone 1 talent and I suppose this is mine. I am an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to birds; and it brings me unconditional joy to give these amazing, misunderstood creatures a more suitable environment.
So that's the jist of it. I was just taking in birds thru word-of-mouth, but feel that I could spread my word farther via the internet. Unfortunately, I'm NOT computer savvy, and have no idea where to put ads. (I basically just know how to email!
