I Cannot Delete An Ad I Posted

I really need to delete a post but everytime I click on the Ad Manager it just redirects me to my account verification page.  I even bought this paid account thinking that may help and it didn't work.  Our supplier for the product we are promoting is going to suspend our account if we don't delete this post so it is very important. 

Someone PLEASE HELP!

It is not account verification page. You have to fill all required fields on you profile.
